Our Classes


Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY® (6 weeks)

Prenatal FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!


Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout Class

Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout Class

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Women's Fitness Program: Body Back® (8 Weeks)

If you are ready to get serious about seeing results, sign up for this fitness program. Your goals could include weight loss, toning, self-care, mindfulness, healthy eating, nutritional or lifestyle changes. Your coach will help you care for your mind, body, and spirit as you improve your overall health and well-being. Your 8-week program includes two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts a week that are designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. HIIT workouts are proven to burn more calories and increase your metabolic rate. This fitness program also includes nutritional coaching, supplemental online workouts, accountability, support, before and after comparisons. Change is 70% nutrition and 30% exercise. We'll teach you how to fuel your body best for you. This journey will connect you with your inner strength and encourage you to discover your true potential.


High Intensity Interval Training Body Back Workout

Body Back drop-ins are 60-minute, results-based high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. HIIT cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Women's Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. No running experience required!

New Year, New BABY! We’re crushing on our girl, Erin Homan, this #momcrushmonday and waiting expectantly for her little workout buddy to arrive! Erin is mom to baby Lily- due Jan 29th- and #furbaby , “Dobby”, and is a recent transplant to the area. A former preschool teacher of 10 years, she understood the value of community in motherhood and scoped out FIT4MOM’s #prenatal classes before she even settled on her new address. * * Erin is a regular participant in our Prenatal FIT4BABY classes at UNC REX Women’s Center in Raleigh and has this advice for new moms, “You’re doing your best. Allow yourself to feel whatever feelings you have and find your village. Support is so important and it’s totally okay to ask for help!” AMEN, sister! * * Erin’s 2019 goal is to “be the best mom I can be… shower this baby with love and get back into being a good example by working out with the FIT4MOM program”.
