Strides 360®

Strides360® is for mom alone OR with her children in the stroller. It promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY® (6 weeks)

Prenatal FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout Class

Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout Class

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Women's Fitness Program: Body Back® (8 Weeks)

If you are ready to get serious about seeing results, sign up for this fitness program. Your goals could include weight loss, toning, self-care, mindfulness, healthy eating, nutritional or lifestyle changes. Your coach will help you care for your mind, body, and spirit as you improve your overall health and well-being. Your 8-week program includes two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts a week that are designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. HIIT workouts are proven to burn more calories and increase your metabolic rate. This fitness program also includes nutritional coaching, supplemental online workouts, accountability, support, before and after comparisons. Change is 70% nutrition and 30% exercise. We'll teach you how to fuel your body best for you. This journey will connect you with your inner strength and encourage you to discover your true potential.

High Intensity Interval Training Body Back Workout

Body Back drop-ins are 60-minute, results-based high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. HIIT cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Women's Community Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. Open to all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. No running experience required!

Calling all mamas of newborns! We know you want to get out and get connected even before you're cleared to exercise or after morning naps! How about some yummy coffee and adult convo with other mamas who get where you are in the motherhood journey? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Join us THIS WEDNESDAY (October 16th) at 11:00am (or anytime before 12:30pm) at the new cafe and retail shop in Five Points called "Dove & Olive"! It's safe to say you can just look for the group of moms and babies and you'll see us!
