Prenatal FIT4BABY is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey.
Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!
Stroller Barre is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training with influences from yoga, Pilates and ballet, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!
Strides 360 is a 60-minute stroller-optional cardio class that incorporates speed, agility and quickness drills with intervals of running or power-walking.
Body Boost is a 60-minute moms-only high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that incorporates cardio, strength, core and ends with a calming meditation.
Run Club+ workout is a drop-in weekly run club meetup with a certified Run Club+ Coach. Optional race training coaching is available for those looking for coaching and accountability to prep for race day.
Body Well is our 8-week small group training and nutrition coaching program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly workouts, accountability, recipes, challenges, and more.
