Park in the parking deck in front of the Women's Center. Enter the lobby area and proceed up the half-flight of stairs. Turn left and find classroom 100C on your left.

This studio is home to our Prenatal FIT4BABY classes in Wake Forest. Dress to exercise and bring a yoga mat or towel and water.

Meet us for class outdoors on The Commons (the astroturf area next to Starbucks/Ben & Jerry's/movie theater) and bring your stroller, yoga mat or towel, and water when you come to workout!

Off-street parking is available all over the Mall's campus and restrooms are available in counter-service restaurants that are open for business at that hour of the day (Starbucks, Chick Fil-A, etc).

The North Hills Kids free play area generally opens on April 1st for the summer season so stay and play after class!

**Saturday classes >April 15th will start and end near Anthropologie... but we get to stroll the Midtown Farmers Market after class!**

This Stroller Strides class meets outdoors in the open area between the East and West buildings of the Art Museum (near the Rodin statue) and travels around the NCMA Park's paved trails.

Parking is available in the upper or lower Museum parking lots and restrooms are open to the public when the Museum opens at 10am.

Many of the Museum indoor exhibits (and all of the outdoor exhibits) are free and open to the public. In the summer time many of our moms and kids stay to play in the fountains, fields or sand box- feel free to stay and explore this local treasure with us!

This park hosts our Stroller Strides classes in Wake Forest. Meet your class in the field next to the parking lot. Bring your stroller, yoga mat or towel and water to drink.

The entrance to this park is located off of Durant Rd in North Raleigh. Follow the signs for the park and upon entry, take the one-way road to the right. Follow it around the "mound" until you see the playground. Class will start in the field next to the playground and restrooms.

Meet us for class INSIDE the beautiful Trinity Baptist Church Recreation Outreach Center (ROC) gymnasium! To get to the gym, turn into the church entrance at the stoplight in between Trinity and St Marks and continue around behind the church (to the right) to the parking lot. Follow the signs to the ROC and head into the gym when you get there.

For Stroller Strides: You will need your stroller, water bottle, yoga mat/towel and exertubing (if you have one) for this class as well as toys and snacks for your little workout buddy too!

For Body Back: You will need a water bottle, yoga mat/towel and exertubing.

The studio is located in the ground floor (enter the building from the back) of The Atrium building at the corner of Lake Boone Trail and Blue Ridge Rd. Park in the free parking deck behind the building and enter near the cafe. You'll see the studio straight ahead. Enter and proceed to the TRX room for class.

Class meets on the indoor soccer field at MVP Sports (located inside The Factory) on inclement weather days.

Join us for class inside the HBBC Gym on inclement weather days. Enter through the front doors and turn right- down the hall you find the gym. Please bring your stroller, yoga mat/towel, exertubing if you have it and snacks and toys for your little one.
