FIT4MOM's Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are welcome but you can also come alone. Run Club is a great way to get back to working out or add another type of workout to your routine!
**Starting January 7th our Run Club will meet every Sunday at 8am for a group coached run.**
Run Club is included in Membership and Body Back Transformation sessions. An Annual Run Club pass can be purchased to allow access to all runs, all year for just $100 or moms can choose to drop in for an occasional run for just $10/run.
Training for the Sola Hot Mini 5K (March 10th) will meet once a week in addition to the Sunday runs for 4 weeks leading up to the race. Additional fees apply. Stay tuned for details!
