FIT4MOM's Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are welcome but you can also come alone. Run Club is a great way to get back to working out or add another type of workout to your routine!


Run Club is included in Membership and Body Back Transformation sessions. An Annual Run Club pass can be purchased to allow access to all runs, all year for just $100 or moms can choose to drop in for an occasional run for just $10/run.

Race Training:

Training for the Run Like a Mother 5K (May 12th) will meet once a week in addition to the Sunday runs for 5 weeks leading up to the race. Additional fees apply.
