Body Back® is an 8-week results-based workout program designed for moms who want their body back. Women can unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with nutrition coaching and accountability, moms have a surefire combination for success.

What Does an 8-Week Body Back Session Include?

  • Two HIIT Classes Per Week
  • Nutrition Coaching and Support Online
  • Recipes, shopping guides and food journal accountability
  • Before and After Fitness Assessments and Measurements
  • Private Facebook Group for Ongoing Support
  • Streaming HIIT workout videos to use on your off-days

Body Back workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence.

Then Body Back is right for you! Classes are limited to 12 women to ensure personal attention and support. Due to the high intensity nature of the workouts, this program is not appropriate for expectant mothers.

Body Back Boost Drop-In Workouts: Are you ready for "maintenance" workouts to help you keep those results you've worked so hard for? Do you need an extra moms-only workout during the week to go with your 8-week program? Join us for a drop-in Boost workout on Saturdays at 8am!
