We welcome children ages 6 weeks to 4 or 5 years old (or as long as they'll stay in the stroller during the entire class). On a rare occasion, moms may join us for class with babies <6 weeks of age if they've been cleared by their OB or midwife to exercise prior to their 6 week postpartum checkup. Please email Missy at firstname.lastname@example.org for special permission to attend classes with children outside of this age range.
Jogging strollers are not required. You can take class with a "snap n' go", "sit n' stand", regular or umbrella-type stroller as long as it is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class.
Yes they can! We do ask that you talk with your OB/Midwife to secure their official "OK" to exercise and that you listen to your body, adjust your intensity as needed and drink plenty of water while exercising with us. (Our Body Back program, however, is not safe for expectant mothers.)
No. Body Back is not open to expecting mothers.

We love dogs! But for the safety and comfort of all of our moms & kids we ask that you leave your animals at home. Service animals, with proper documentation, are welcome.
Always. If you know you're going to be late you may want to let the Instructor know ahead of time so we can keep an eye out for you. Feel free to jump in to the class whenever you arrive. We are always glad to see you!
All hold and cancellation requests must be received by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) by the 15th of the month prior to when you'd like it to take effect. Holds can be placed for up to 4 months/year and always start on the first of the month.
