Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. In this time of COVID19, class capacity is capped at 10 families and older children may accompany their mom to class as long as they are able to stay with their mother and observe social distancing guidelines. (Children are not permitted to participate in the workouts.) Moms must BYO exercise tubing and it can be purchased from your Instructor for $12 or brought from home. Due to the class capacity limit, all participants must enroll ahead of class time.

Body Well Virtual Coaching Add-On is an 8-week results-based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being, with the guidance of a FIT4MOM Body Well coach and accountability from your small group. The experience includes pre and post fitness assessments, goal setting, weekly check ins, recipes and nutrition guidance and will lead to an overall transformation of body & mind. You will be expected to attend at least 2 FIT4MOM workouts/week of your choice during your 8 week Body Well program.
Body Well is breastfeeding-mom, allergan and vegetarian/vegan and working mom-friendly. We recommend waiting until your youngest baby is at least 4 months old to participate in Body Well.

Body Boost is a drop-in, moms-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
Please note: class size limited to 15 moms/class. Please bring or purchase a resistance band. This class was recently renamed and used to be known as Body Back Boost or Body Back Workout.
Strides360® is for mom aloneor with her little ones in the stroller. 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.Please note: class size limited to 15 moms/class.
