Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health!

**Starting in 2022, access to FIT4MOM On Demand classes is included in your tuition at no extra charge!**

All classes are capped to allow for social distancing and masks are required for indoor classes (per host venue rules), and recommended for before/after class socializing or anytime that social distancing cannot be maintained. In the event of severe weather, the FIT4MOM On Demand app will be used or (when possible) a makeup class will be scheduled.

Expecting moms are welcome at all of our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and Body Boost in-person classes.
