Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones (ages 6 weeks to 5 years). It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained prenatal and postnatal fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any fitness level. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Expecting moms are welcome.

Moms must BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time.
