Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
Your first class is always free- register online to have a free class credited to your account and come try one this week!
Run Club meets weekly on Sundays at 7am (weather permitting) all year! Runs will be 1-4 miles long and move at various paces. All are welcome, including strollers. Run Club Annual Pass available for $100 (drop-ins are $10).
*July/Aug Run Club will meet at the NCMA Park and use the adjacent Greenway Trails.*
Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout & nutritional coaching program designed specifically for moms- no matter how old their children are! Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom, grandmother or fit mom-wannabe get her body back and develop long-lasting healthy habits. Most importantly Body Back Transformation helps moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified in personal training and pre and post natal fitness. We will work with you, whatever stage of motherhood you're in, to help you meet your goals! Sessions can be scheduled for individuals or small groups.
You're welcome to bring your child with you for your personal training sessions.
