Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. In this time of COVID19, class capacity is capped at 10 families and older children may accompany their mom to class as long as they are able to stay with their mother and observe social distancing guidelines. (Children are not permitted to participate in the workouts.) Moms must BYO exercise tubing and it can be purchased from your Instructor for $12 or brought from home. Due to the class capacity limit, all participants must enroll ahead of class time.

Body Boost is a drop-in, moms-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
Please note: class size limited to 15 moms/class. Please bring or purchase a resistance band. This class was recently renamed and used to be known as Body Back Boost or Body Back Workout.
Strides360® is for mom alone or with her little ones in the stroller. 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.Please note: class size limited to 15 moms/class.

All levels and body types welcome. If you are an expecting mom or have an area of weakness/injury please let the Instructor know before class so she can offer modifications.

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.
All classes are capped to allow for social distancing and masks are required for indoor classes (per host venue rules), and recommended for before/after class socializing or anytime that social distancing cannot be maintained. Summer sessions are currently FULL but fall sessions will begin enrolling the week of July 26th. Classes will begin after Labor Day.
Expecting moms are also welcome at all of our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and Body Boost in-person classes.
