If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then come run with FIT4MOM! Our Running Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. It's not just for moms or FIT4MOM members- anyone can join, even dads!
You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are welcome for training runs but you can also come alone.
Runs start Sept 5th and meet 3X/week- come to one or all of them for the same low price!
