Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then train with FIT4MOM! Our Running Club- 10K Training is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. It's not just for moms or FIT4MOM members- anyone can join, even dads!

You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are welcome for training runs, but may not be permitted during your race.

Our Running Club offers personalized 10K race training this spring with FIT4MOM certified run coaches to help you get moving, stay motivated, and across the finish line on May 21st for the NCRC Classic 10K in Cary! Training starts the last week in March and runs for 8 weeks leading up to race day. Click the "Enroll" button below for more details.
